I apply for membership in Toyx4's, Inc. I will obey all rules and regulations set forth by the Board of Directors as allowed by the club By-Laws.

I understand that all members of the Toyx4's are required to be/become members of the TLCA.

I also understand that this information may be given to Associate Members for use in membership verification and/or product marketing. This information will NOT be sold to any outside companies.

I understand that membership is annual, and that membership dues and related fees must be paid by the membership anniversary date.
